·         Accurately preparing and processing required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department and Municipality;

·         When the need arises, representing the company at different offices like Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/Municipalities and other government Departments;

·         Dealing with general inquiries regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service;

·         Providing service, support and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements such are driving license, car registrations, accommodation and legal requirements;

·         Renewing, updating and maintaining the trade licenses and other government certificates of all company’s legal entities in the UAE to ensure that the documents are up-to-date;

·         Ensuring preparation of documents according to the requirement of the legal authorities;

·         Assisting administration in resolving any issues related to Etisalat accounts;

·         Acquiring visas from different Embassies in UAE for staff members for business related travels;

·         Providing accurate and timely legal advice to executives in a variety of legal topics in multiple jurisdictions;

·         Collaborating with management to devise efficient defense strategies in ongoing arbitration and litigation matters;

·         Assisting in the drafting of internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance;
