 Responsible to administer the following towards Employee and Dependents liaising with local UAE government
ministries
 Submit documents to the ONLINE – Visa submission
 Obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees.
 Monitor and renew employee residence permits.
 Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
 Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
 Provide documents to related authorities
 Accurately prepare and process required legal documents like rent contract attestation in government agencies
such as Ministry of Economic, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Traffic Department
and Municipality.
 Makes sure all business and trade Licenses are updated, follow-up official approvals and permits, to prevent
unnecessary violations.
 Record keeping & Monitoring of all application IN Numbers for the visa
 Typing and processing Labour Card & Labour Contract applications
 Follow up obtaining the Labour Office Approval
 Paying Labour Office Fees./ Change Of status Fees / Transfer Visa Fees / Relative Labour Card Fees/ Paying

 Provide continuous advice in regards to the new rules in the governmental departments.

 Provide continuous update in regards to the developing the visa process and facilitating with the governmental
departments
 Perform other administrative tasks assigned
 Visa Medical Fitness (Arranging Related Documents, DHO Application, Informing employees for their medical
schedule, and reporting medical center with on schedule, if reported medical unfit collection of unfit certificate
and deport to their country.)
 Emirates ID ( Arranging Staff’s original passport, and getting appointment from EID authority and reporting their
office with on schedule, Follow up of card printing and Receiving Original Emirates ID from P.O Box)
 Police Department (Police complaints dealings, visiting Aweer Jail for Documents clearance with original
passport and related documents for staff clearance. Visiting CID office for the same process completion)
 Airport ( Monitoring New Employee welcome at Airport and confirming their mobilization at camp, reporting
cancelled staff in the airport immigration)
 Economic Department & Chamber of Commerce ( Applying New License and Renewals)
 Passport ( Monitoring Renewals of passport )
 Cancellation of death ( Medical certificate, Police Clearance, Cargo Booking)
 Zajeel ( Passport submission and receiving it after visa stamping)
 OHC Medical Fitness (Kitchen Staff’s Medical Fitness From Dubai Municipality, Kitchen Renewal from Dubai
Municipality and arranging all related Documents)
 GPSSA ( Local Staff’s Pension Filing and Final settlement clearance from department)
 Controlling and monitoring Public Relation Department staffs activities and their responsibilities.
 Project Coordination for Asab Oil Field, Arranging special training for Employees Like, H2S Training, ADSD
Training, PTW Training, First Aid Training and Security Pass Preparations.at Abu Dhabi.
