I am a highly skilled Planning Engineer with over 2 years of experience in civil and infrastructure projects in the UAE and the UK. I specialize in project planning, scheduling, delay analysis, and cost control using tools such as Primavera P6 and Power BI.

My expertise includes:

Preparing and maintaining project baseline schedules.
Conducting EOT claims and forensic delay analysis.
Creating resource-loaded schedules, cash flow forecasts, and S-curves.
Monitoring project progress and generating detailed reports.
Collaborating with stakeholders to meet project deadlines efficiently.
