#Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP 9, and Peach Tree

#Tally ERP 9 and Peach Tree training and certification

Professional Skills & Certifications:

Strong knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP 9, and Peach Tree (with training and certification).

Proven experience in HR operations, administration, employee relations, and compliance.

Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

HR & Administration Experience:

In my previous roles, I was actively involved in a broad range of HR and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Onboarding & Employee Documentation:

EID scanning, passport collection/tagging, new joiner folder creation.

Processing Kamelpay & C3 cards, SIM acknowledgement & replacement.

Uploading employee documents in ERP and shared drives.

Employee Relations & HR Operations:

Assisting employees with queries on HR policies and procedures.

Contacting staff regarding customer ratings and feedback.

Coordinating with employees for smooth operations.

Issuing warning letters and maintaining compliance with UAE labor law.

Data & Records Management:

Maintaining accurate employee data, attendance & leave records.

File preparation, passport tracking, and HR database management.

Preparing census lists for insurance and EMX tracking.

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensuring HR practices adhered to company policies and UAE labor law.

Preparing and submitting HR reports to management.

Supporting Taw-jeeh and endorsement documentation.

Additional Contributions:

Supporting accommodation visits, feedback reviews, and employee engagement activities.

Assisting in CV making within ERP and managing employee folders systematically.
