My name is Bishal Newar, and I am currently working as a Guest Service Agent at Flora Al Barsha Hotel, Dubai. I have more than seven years of experience in the hospitality industry, including roles as Front Office Agent, Front Office Supervisor, and Duty Manager.
Throughout my career, I have gained strong experience in guest relations, check-in and check-out procedures, reservation handling, complaint resolution, billing operations, and hotel management systems such as Opera, MyCloud, IDS, and HK Star.
