1.       Work closely with the Executive Vice Chairman, managerial, directorial executives and staff to provide personal & administrative support including draft, review, discuss, negotiate and amend contracts, quotation offers, memorandums, business letters, and all correspondences required.

2.       Offer commercial and residential properties for rent or sale, discuss & negotiate the tenancy contracts terms & conditions with tenants & higher management, draft, issue and renew tenancy contracts of commercial and residential properties.

3.       Manage properties maintenance across UAE.

4.       Proceed with the shipments and import of Jewelry, Pearls, Diamonds and branded Watches from many countries around the world to Dubai port, release shipments and deliver stocks to shops for display, arrange stocks reports and databases.

5.       Proceed with registrations of firms from A to Z and communicate with governmental authorities.

6.       Cooperate with advocates for registration of legal cases against tenants and follow up with all parties.

7.       Compile, issue, renew, and record expiry dates of all official documents, (i.e. passports, visas, EIDs, vehicles registrations, yachts registrations, labor contracts, and vehicles parking contracts.

8.       Coordinate with insurance companies for issuance or renewal of vehicles, yachts, visas, contracts, medical insurances policies, and provide all types of insurance required.

9.       Coordinate with V.A.T. agencies, draft V.A.T. reports, send it to the Finance for discussion and approval, coordinate with tenants for return of V.A.T. and payments.

10.    Attend commercial banks to deposit large amount of cash payments, and rental cheques.

11.    Recruit employees, create internal labor contracts, job descriptions, letters of termination, undertaking letters, transfer letters, leave application forms, absence reports, sign in & sign out reports.

12.    Send and reply to official emails on behalf of the management, record them in system.

13.    Aware and discuss visa and UAE labor Law, Rules & Regulations with the employees.

14.    Settle company outstanding & invoices.

15.    Coordinate to install Biometric and CCTV systems.

16.    Design the company website, promotional items, catalogues and brochures.
