Camp Boss /Camp Supervisor

I am writing to apply for the position of Camp Boss / Camp Supervisor in your organization. I am an immediate joiner and available to join at short notice.
I have 24 years of overall professional experience, including 7 years of UAE experience, along with 4 years of direct Camp Boss experience in India within the manufacturing industry. During my Camp Boss experience, I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day camp operations, dealing with employees from different backgrounds, coordinating accommodation and welfare matters, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the camp.
I consider Camp Boss as one of my dream career objectives. My main motivation is not only salary, but the opportunity to learn, develop my skills, gain valuable Gulf experience in camp management and become an outstanding Camp Boss. I am willing to learn UAE/Gulf camp procedures and take full responsibility for the role.
My expected salary is AED 2,500, but more importantly, I am looking for the right opportunity to develop myself, gain Gulf experience and build a long-term career in camp operations.
With my extensive overall experience, UAE exposure and previous Camp Boss experience, I believe I can bring maturity, responsibility, communication skills and practical knowledge to your organization.
