Craft tailored garments by interpreting customer measurements and preferences, ensuring a perfect fit that enhances the client’s silhouette.
Skillfully alter existing garments, employing techniques like hemming, resizing, and mending to restore or enhance the piece’s integrity.
Select appropriate fabrics and materials while advising clients on options that best suit their style and occasion.
Maintain a well-organized workspace, ensuring tools and machines are in optimal condition for a seamless tailoring process.
Stay updated on fashion trends and techniques to provide clients with modern and stylish options.
Perform quality checks on finished garments, verifying that they meet the desired specifications and standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; formal training in tailoring or fashion design is highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant tailoring experience in UAE.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their unique fashion needs.
Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team-oriented environment.
Basic knowledge of pattern-making and alterations, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques.
