Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Strong knowledge of project documentation such as submittals, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Effective planning and job allocation skills.
• Maintain good relationships with clients and consultants through proper communication and documentation to ensure smooth coordination.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare drawings and details.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control and quality assurance protocols for project compliance.
• Manage site materials, machinery, and labour.
• Provide appropriate technical support and guidance to the site team.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills to address issues that arise on-site, such as delays or design-related problems.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards.
• Prepare project close-out documents.
• Ensure the project is executed without defects or snags.
