Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff performance, and ensure excellent customer service during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during the shift.
Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and standards.
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance or training as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of the workplace.
Manage shift schedules, attendance, and task assignments.
Handle cash and sales reports (if applicable).
Report any incidents or maintenance issues to management.
Maintain high standards of quality, service, and hygiene.
