Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Officer is responsible for leading and executing the full recruitment cycle and overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience. This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s workforce by attracting, selecting, and integrating top talent aligned with our organizational culture and strategic goals.
In addition to sourcing and hiring the right candidates, the role ensures that new employees are effectively welcomed, oriented, and equipped to succeed in their roles. The officer will design and manage onboarding programs that foster employee engagement, accelerate productivity, and promote retention by creating a strong first impression and a smooth transition into the company. Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience: 4-7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, onboarding and assisting in running HR operations
• Skills:
o Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and onboarding best practices
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
o Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
o Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating a positive employee experience.
o Experience in using HR software.
o Experience in drafting job descriptions and job posts.
o Strong knoledge with UAE labor law
o Strong Knowledge of UAE visa work/permit processes

• Preferred Skills:
o Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
o Experience using HRIS/ATS systems.
o Experience with Beyzat implemntation
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Formulate interviews and hiring process manuals and policies.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with department heads in drafting job descriptions for new employees as well as drafting job posts.
• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment agencies) to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and provide shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track performance and effectiveness.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, market data, and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding process to enhance new employee integration.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including documentation, IT setup, orientation schedules, and welcome kits.
• Conduct HR inductions and facilitate introduction sessions with key departments.
• Monitor the onboarding journey through regular follow-ups with new hires and department managers.
• Collect feedback from new employees to improve onboarding practices.
• Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes comply with UAE labor law, internal policies, and company standards.
• Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.
