Job Description
Responsibilities for Scanning & Filing clerk
• Receive and process Records and paper work from departments.
• Experience in digital record filing and archival
• Maintains accurate documentation of Records for processing and storage
• Excellent reading and writing skills and good verbal communication skills
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of scanned documents
• Labelling and updating paper files
• Ensure that all scanned documents are indexed correctly
• Ensure all scanning is completed in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with the scanning protocols
• Identify and recommend any improvements to the scanning process
• Honors confidentiality
Qualifications for scanning clerk
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through skills
• Able to work independently with some direction
• Applicants must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent
• Strong keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and tight deadlines
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant field
