To maintain our operational excellence, we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Sales & Logistics Coordinator (Female Candidate) to join our team in JAFZA, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Process, track, and manage customer orders from initiation through to final regional delivery.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and JAFZA customs authorities to ensure smooth documentation and clearing.
• Sales Team Support: Act as the primary internal contact for regional sales managers, providing real-time stock updates, quotations, and delivery status.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to align stock availability with regional sales pipelines.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records, shipping manifests, and financial transactions within company databases.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with finance and warehousing teams to resolve any billing, packing, or dispatch discrepancies swiftly.
• Reporting: Compile and prepare routine logistics performance, transit time, and order fulfillment reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  Experience: Prior experience within logistics, supply chain coordination, or internal sales support is highly preferred.
• Industry Context: Previous experience working within the automotive aftermarket or general trading sector is a strong advantage.
• Software Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel skills for data tracking are critical).
• ERP Systems: Hands-on experience with corporate ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred).
• Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to interface professionally with international clients.
• Traits: Strong multitasking capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a highly organized approach to workload management.
