💼 About the Role
TransBridge Translation is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the translation and localization industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing business opportunities with corporate clients across the UAE.

👷 Key Responsibilities
1. Identify, prospect, and generate leads within key sectors such as legal, medical, aviation, government, and e-commerce.
2. Promote and sell TransBridge’s services including legal translation, localization, interpreting (OPI/VRI), and content adaptation.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, calls, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
4. Deliver tailored proposals and close deals that align with client needs and our service offerings.
5. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reporting to the Brand Manager.

🚀 Qualifications & Experience
1. 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the Real Estate, Event Management, Hotel Management or Translation Services. (required).
2. Strong understanding of the UAE market and multilingual business environment.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
5. Must be currently based in the UAE.
6. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
