A reputable company in Jumeirah, Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Risk & Compliance Officer to monitor, manage, and mitigate risks while ensuring the company complies with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of UAE laws, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, assess, and manage operational, financial, and compliance risks.

Develop and implement risk management policies, procedures, and controls.

Monitor compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.

Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters.

Investigate and resolve compliance issues, breaches, or incidents.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.

Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and corporate governance.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and report-writing abilities.

Salary Package:
AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month (depending on experience) + Company benefits
