Job Description
A leading shipping company based in the UAE is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Receptionist cum TeleSales professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle reception duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and greeting visitors
– Conduct outbound tele-sales to promote our shipping services and generate leads
– Provide support to the sales and customer service teams
– Maintain and update customer databases
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
– Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
