Qualifications:
More than 5 Years of Site QS Work Experience in UAE
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/ quantity surveying
Can Start immediately

Job Description:
Architectural & Structural Quantity Takeoff using a QS Software
Preparing Interim Payment Applications (IPA) to be Submitted to Consultant
Preparing Subcontractor Payment Certificates
Preparing Variation Claims to be Submitted to Consultant
Reviewing Variations Submitted by Subcontractors
