Job Description

QS is responsible for helping to estimate costs, quantities, and project timelines and providing this information to clients. QS is also responsible for managing all costs related to construction projects, from the early design to the final construction stages.
QS is also responsible for cost estimation, Pricing Bills of Quantities (BoQs), Maintaining Project Progress Database and Preparation of Monthly Payment Invoices/Interim Payment Applications.
