Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Splash Building Contracting LLC. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various construction projects. You will collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the smooth progress of projects and effective communication across all teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the coordination of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Maintain project schedules and track progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to provide project updates and resolve issues.
Monitor and manage project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Prepare and organize project reports, meeting minutes, and other related documentation.
Assist in the procurement process, including ordering materials and managing supplies.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed on-site.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a project coordination or construction management role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, etc.).
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety
