Job Description

Responsible for assisting passengers throughout their airport journey and ensuring smooth and professional passenger service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and flight information.
Verify travel documents and passenger details.
Handle passenger inquiries and service requests.
Assist passengers requiring special services.
Coordinate with airline and airport departments.
Follow airport safety and security procedures.
