Job Description

Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities for MEP works
Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier bids and contracts
Monitor and control project costs, including tracking and reporting on cost variances
Review and analyze MEP drawings and specifications for potential cost savings or value engineering opportunities
