Job Description
WANTED – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / ACCOUNTS OFFICER
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant / Accounts Officer for our Retail / General Trading Company.The ideal candidate must have solid experience in accounting up to finalization and handling day-to-day data entry, reconciliations, and reporting to seniors when required.
Responsibilities:
Daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Preparation of financial statements up to finalization.
Handling payables, receivables, and petty cash.
Coordinating with auditors and management for reporting.
Ensuring compliance with company and UAE accounting standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally / QuickBooks / ERP).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to join immediately.
