Job Description

 HVAC Equipment selections – DX, DFS, Package units, VRF, FAHU etc
 Preparing technical submittals including Selection sheets, Technical data sheets, compliance statements
etc
 Order processing – Including Preparation of Quotations, Sales order, Proforma Invoice etc in the ERP
software or as per company documentation guideline.
 Interact with customers and support Sales team with all required documentations and technical clarifications
as and when required.
 Supporting the management with all necessary reports to analyse division’s performance and achieve
company’s monthly and annual targets.
 Maintain a systematic client base for future references.
 Work as a team player and support other divisions with technical data and product support as and when
required to achieve company’s objective & vision.
 Coordinating with UTS Carrier and sharing details for Power factor letter.
 Support customers with documentations like Invoice, warranty letters etc coordinating with other
departments.
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 1- 2 years with any HVAC Equipment Manufacturer / Distributor / Dealer / Supplier
