Job Description
Join our team at Al Ain Equestrian, Shooting & Golf Club! We are looking for a skilled Commis I to assist our chefs and contribute to the preparation of high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
💰 Pay: From AED 1,500 per month
Job Requirements:
✔ Must be able to communicate in English
✔ Preferably with experience in cooking Western Cuisine
✔ Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Accurately measure meal ingredients for the Chef de Partie
✔ Prepare meal ingredients, including seasoning meats and washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
✔ Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notify the supervisor of low or depleted supplies
✔ Discard all expired and spoiled food items from stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
✔ Perform basic cleaning duties and ensure workstations are properly sanitized
✔ Plate and present meal items as per the Chef de Partie’s instructions
