We’re seeking an experienced Cinema Manager to oversee daily operations, curate engaging film programming, ensure exceptional customer experience, and Implement marketing strategies to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cinema operations, staff, and customer relationships.

*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Manage daily cinema operations, including ticket sales, concessions, and customer service.
2. Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
3. Ensure compliance with cinema policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
4. Develop and implement film programming strategies to attract diverse audiences.
5. Collaborate with distributors, filmmakers, and industry partners to secure releases and promote films.
6. Analyze box office trends and adjust programming accordingly.

*Requirements*:
