Department: Salon Operations & Marketing
Reports To: Salon Manager / Director
Employment Type: Full-Time

2. Staff Supervision & Team Management
3. Client Experience & VIP Relations
4. Appointment Management & Booking System Oversight
5. Marketing Coordination & Content Management
6. Service Menu, Pricing & Platform Updates
7. Customer Database & Communication Management
8. Inventory & Vendor Coordination
9. Financial Monitoring & Administrative Support
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a salon supervisor or management role, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential for internal communication, client service, and campaign writing.
Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire, guide, and resolve conflict within a diverse team.
In-depth understanding of salon operations, services, and client care best practices.
Technically adept with experience in Fresha or similar salon booking/CRM platforms.
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (scheduling, reporting, inventory).
Skilled in Canva and CapCut; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content scheduling tools.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Must be extremely flexible with working hours and days, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
