We are urgently seeking an Admin support with a finance background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational, administrative, and financial management skills. And may know multiple languages ( Fluency in “Telegu, Kannada, and Hindi”) You will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, supporting the Managerial team, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office operations, including coordinating meetings, schedules, and administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the finance team to assist in invoicing and financial reporting.
Handle professional client communication and follow-up through email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Prepare and maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support senior management with daily administrative duties and special projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in an administrative role, with exposure to financial responsibilities.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in drafting professional emails and conducting follow-ups with clients.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
